What we collect
Account details (name, email, tax forms, payout method), catalog metadata you submit (titles, writers, splits, ISRC, ISWC), and optional Spotify links you paste into Radar. If you contact us, we keep the contents of that message long enough to reply.
How we use it
To register works, collect royalties, send statements, operate Radar and estimates, and communicate about your account. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share what societies and payment processors require to file, collect, and pay you. Sub-publishers, if appointed, receive only what they need to collect in a territory.
Retention
We keep catalog and statement records for as long as we administer the works, plus the post-termination collection window, and then as required by tax and accounting law.

Email hello@foundroyalties.com to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, subject to legal retention duties and the need to maintain royalty records.
